I would like to submit the following for scientific review and inclusion in the DSM-V-TR as a newly discovered Factitious Disorder:
Fabricated and Induced Crisis (Corporate Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy) In FIC a coworker, usually a manager/director/executive, feigns or induces a crisis for another person, usually her or his subordinate, to gain additional recognition and accolades as the "capable" supervisor after the “non-existent fire is put out”. Although CMSbP cases with feigned or induced work crises receive the most attention, it is also possible in managers/directors/executives who overwork their employees on mindless and time intensive record-keeping or other laborious useless tasks, then claim low-moral or lack of respect.
FIC is a form of harassment, and falls under the category of mismanagement. Claims can be made for loss of revenue and decreased employee retention.

Aren't these two conditions included in a higher element, namely...BSA.
